SoC-VPN Beta Now Available For Testing

SoC Network is beta testing a new SoC-VPN service which provides secure network access to SoC network resources. SoC-VPN is targetted at replacing the SoC PnP web-based login system. In futre, this will also provide remote VPN access to SoC Network and offer single-sign on to some services.

We would like to invite users to try out this beta service and feedback problems to us.

SoC-VPN uses the Open Source OpenVPN software which supports a wide variety of operating systems such as: Windows 2000/XP and upward, Linux, OpenBSD, FreeBSD, Solaris and Mac OS X.

At this point in the beta, SoC Network provides support only for Windows XP.
