Unscheduled Network Disruption on 27 Jan 2008

There was an unscheduled network disruption this afternoon from 2:30pm to 5pm. A software fault in one of our core network switch caused a chain reaction that severely degraded operation of our core network. As the core network was affected, most network accesses within and out of SOC were disrupted. We apologzie for the inconvenience caused by the disruption.
