Unscheduled network disruption on 21 Jun '06

There was an unscheduled network disruption on 21 June 2006 from 12:10pm to 12:45pm due to a core switch that was burnt. Most network connectivity was restored by 12:45pm, and full service was returned to normal by 1pm.
