Free PC-Based Phone Calls

We are now beta testing a Voice-Over-IP (VOIP) service that enables you to make PC to PC, PC to Phone, and Phone to PC calls. Early-bird beta testers are welcome. During this beta test period, the service is provided free-of-charge.
